Terms of Service

Welcome to DSO (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (dopeshitonly.xyz), our products, digital assets, and any related features or services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase or use any DSO products or digital assets. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Products & Digital Assets

DSO offers limited-edition physical products, apparel, accessories, and digital assets such as NFTs, membership passes, and NFC-authenticated items.

  • Each item’s availability, price, and description are subject to change without notice.
  • Purchases are final once confirmed. Due to the limited nature of drops, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges, except where required by law.
  • Digital assets (NFTs, PBTs, membership passes) may grant access to certain benefits or experiences. These are not financial instruments, do not guarantee future value, and do not constitute investment contracts.

3. Ownership & Blockchain Terms

  • When you purchase or mint a DSO NFT or NFC-linked product, you own the digital token recorded on the blockchain.
  • DSO retains all intellectual property rights in the artwork, design, logo, and branding.
  • Unless otherwise stated, your NFT ownership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, personal license to display and use the associated media for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Transactions on the blockchain are public and irreversible. We are not responsible for gas fees, network errors, or third-party wallet issues.

4. NFC & Authentication

Some DSO products are embedded with NFC chips (e.g., NTAG424 or ARX PBT) for authentication and digital interaction.

  • Scanning an NFC tag may link to digital experiences, ownership verification, or NFT minting.
  • Do not tamper with or remove the chip — doing so may void authenticity and functionality.
  • By interacting with our NFC features, you acknowledge that blockchain interactions are permanent and that you assume all related technical and financial risks.

5. Payments

  • Payments for physical and digital goods may be made via credit card, crypto, or other approved methods.
  • All prices are listed in ETH or USD, depending on the product or platform.
  • You are responsible for any transaction fees, gas fees, and applicable taxes.

6. Wallet Connections

If you connect a digital wallet to the DSO site:

  • You agree that you are the rightful owner or authorized user of that wallet.
  • We will never request your private keys or seed phrase.
  • Wallet connections are made at your own risk, and you are responsible for your wallet’s security.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes or to engage in fraudulent behavior.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the site, NFC chips, or blockchain integrations.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent ownership of digital assets.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on dopeshitonly.xyz, including text, visuals, designs, code, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of DSO or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” DSO makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, blockchain performance, or future availability of digital experiences. We are not liable for lost NFTs, wallet issues, gas costs, or secondary market volatility.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DSO and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, assets, or revenue.

11. Third-Party Links & Integrations

Our Services may contain links or integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., OpenSea, X, Discord, payment processors). We are not responsible for their content, terms, or policies.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if we believe you’ve violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Purchase Finality

Due to the finality of blockchain transactions and uniqueness of NFTs, purchases are considered final. The buyer waives their right to withdraw from the purchase and any option for a refund. The Seller may provide refunds on a case by case basis on their own discretion.
